Title: Making a Difference at your Business with a Waterwise Garden

There are a number of businesses around Perth lucky enough to have a beautiful piece of land out the front to call their own. This is a great opportunity for organisations to show off their eco-friendly, waterwise image.

• Chrissy takes us to Klopper and Davis Architects, which is the home to a waterwise cottage garden. In 2014, Klopper and Davis established an Australian look waterwise garden at their office to highlight easy to maintain gardens and to establish a garden that didn’t require significant time and cost maintenance.
• Chrissy speaks to Sam, who believes the garden has saved the business money, not only in terms of watering, but because the gardener is only called in every two months to rake up leaves from the gum tree.
• Sam as a business owner, with not much time or energy for gardening, has also established an Australian native and low maintenance waterwise garden at home.
• This waterwise garden is a balance between plants, lawn and hardscapes, such as paving, to provide a fit for purpose space to suit his lifestyle.
