- Blue Fairy Wren.
- Spine bills.
- Blue tongue lizards.
- Blue Banded Bees.
- Teddy Bear Bees.
- The flowers are chosen in this garden for their ability to provide a lot of nectar for a long time.
- Choosing the right native plants for your garden is the best thing to do to attract birds.
- Dense shrubs like tea trees to cover small birds and new hatchlings.
- Nectar plants like Salvia, Kangaroo paw, Incarvillea for nectar-feeding birds like honeyeaters and spinebills.
- Native and ordinately grass, will help attract insects for birds that like too foredge.
- All birds need to drink especially finches and pigeons that have a dry diet. In hot weather all species need water.
- Providing a clean water source, like a birdbath is an excellent way to help birds out. Make sure it's high off the ground so the birds feel safe and provide cover so they can escape from predators.
- Stones in your water source helps make it easier for birds to drink and allow lizards and bees to get out, so they don't drown.
