• Yates has introduced a new range of fertilisers, all based on composted poultry manure like Dynamic Lifter, but with added nutrients including nitrogen for growth, phosphorus for root performance, and potassium for larger flower production.
• Spring is an ideal time to apply fertilisers to your garden. The warmth of the season promotes active plant growth, making it crucial to provide essential nutrients.
• For the Fruit and Citrus mix, apply the fertiliser in a band around the drip zone of the tree where feeder roots are most concentrated. For vegetables, tomatoes, and herbs, additional calcium helps prevent blossom end rot, which manifests as brown markings on the fruit.
