Little Caesars Pizzeria-Smoked Salmon Pizza
Ingredients:
200gm pizza dough ball, rolled onto a tray
2 ? tablespoons traditional tomato base sauce
90gm Caboolture Stretch Curd Mozzarella Cheese
80gm brown onion, finely sliced
1 pack/200gm Fresh Tasmanian Spring Smoked Salmon, cut into 8 strips
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mini salted capers, baked for 5 minutes in a hot oven
1 teaspoon of fresh chives, finely chopped
Pinch of poppy seeds
1 wedge of lemon
Method:
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees C., for 20 minutes
- Spread the Traditional tomato sauce evenly over the base, leave the outer edge unsauced.
- Spread mozzarella around the pizza base with more at the outer edges than in the centre.
- Spread onions evenly over cheese.
- Cook for 7 to 10minutes at 250C.
- Remove from the oven and cut into 8 slices.
- Place a strip of Salmon on top of each piece of pizza.
- Place a small dollop of sour cream on each piece of salmon, sprinkle with the baked capers, and garnish with the chives and poppy seeds.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
