Little Caesars Pizzeria-Smoked Salmon Pizza

Ingredients:
200gm pizza dough ball, rolled onto a tray
2 ? tablespoons traditional tomato base sauce
90gm Caboolture Stretch Curd Mozzarella Cheese
80gm brown onion, finely sliced
1 pack/200gm Fresh Tasmanian Spring Smoked Salmon, cut into 8 strips
1 tablespoon of sour cream
1 tablespoon of mini salted capers, baked for 5 minutes in a hot oven
1 teaspoon of fresh chives, finely chopped
Pinch of poppy seeds
1 wedge of lemon

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees C., for 20 minutes
  2. Spread the Traditional tomato sauce evenly over the base, leave the outer edge unsauced.
  3. Spread mozzarella around the pizza base with more at the outer edges than in the centre.
  4. Spread onions evenly over cheese.
  5. Cook for 7 to 10minutes at 250C.
  6. Remove from the oven and cut into 8 slices.
  7. Place a strip of Salmon on top of each piece of pizza.
  8. Place a small dollop of sour cream on each piece of salmon, sprinkle with the baked capers, and garnish with the chives and poppy seeds.
  9. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
