Trevor answers some of The Garden Guru’s viewers questions.

• To diagnose Lawn Army Worm, drench the area with a bucket of soapy water at dusk. If there are any grubs they will come to surface.
• If smaller trees are competing for nutrients with larger ones, it is best to ensure that the smaller trees are being regularly fed with quality fertilisers.
• If your fruit trees are lacking colour in foliage, a specialised fertiliser with high iron will aid in bringing the leaves back to life.
• Pots can be prone to soil slumping, where the soil level decreases over time. Repotting with a good potting mix is the best way to maintain soil levels and sustain healthy plant growth.
