Trevor's Tips and Facts

• We use Miniscape under mulch at 0.3m spacings for efficient watering to plants roots.

• We water these off the same station; using Netafim Spray stakes. You often hear the “don't mix sprays with drippers” spiel, which, in most cases is true.
• The rate of application of spays is usually higher than for drip. If you run the system for as long as you need to with drippers you would usually apply too much water with the sprays and waste water.
• In actual fact the Netafim spray stakes are actually high output pressure compensated drippers- connected to a stake, which deflects the water flow.
• You CAN actually run emitters of different types on the same station but ONLY where the appropriate run times of each are the same.
