What Broome Has to Offer

• The stunning Cable Beach was named because in 1889 a telegraph cable was laid under the ocean spanning from Singapore to London.
• When visiting Broome make sure to check out 'Sun Pictures' the oldest and longest running outdoor garden cinema in the world.
• Make sure to pick up a couple of pearls whilst you're in Broome too, the Japanese have pearl farmed in Broome since 1880.
• A trip to Broome would not be complete without a sunset camel ride along Cable Beach, a truly beautiful and relaxing experience.
