Mel revisits the Ian Potter Children’s Garden, it is an Oasis in the heart of Melbourne’s royal botanic gardens.

• The Ian Potter Children’s garden is a magical experience for kids, it is a great way for them to explore and discover the natural world.
  
  
• The garden is a complete sensory experience. There are no ‘do not touch’ signs, in fact, kids are encouraged to wind their way through lavender spirals, get down in the vegie patch and discover the vegies that don’t come from the supermarket.
  
  
• It also offers the brand new lawn space for kids birthdays and events for hire.
