Neville’s tips for getting the kids to eat healthy foods!

  • The trick is to cut up a wide range of fruit into bite sized pieces and have this constantly on hand on a plate in the fridge. The fact that it ready to eat makes it a great hit with all kids. And to add to the nutrition as well as the palatability of the fruit some natural Mundella Greek vanilla yoghurt seems to work a bit of magic.
  • Another hit with the kids is fruit kebabs, a skewer loaded up with a seasonal selection. Once again it’s ready to eat and a spot  Mundella Greek Honey yoghurt is a healthy alternative to ice-cream.
  • Kids love pancakes – try serving them with a few slices of banana and a slurp of this creamy Mundella Greek honey yoghurt. It’s beautifully smooth and gives a light sweetness to the pancakes which helps to make them irresistible for the kids.
