Fruit trees make a great addition to any backyard, and will provide you with the amazing taste of fresh fruit throughout the year.
Tips and Facts
- Citrus are great performers in our heavier soils and once established over a couple of years can get by with surprisingly little water.
- Lemon, lime and orange are the most popular and useful of the tribe. Deciduous trees are also very successful.
- Before planting choose a sunny site with free draining soil then add lots of organic matter to the planting hole.
