If you're looking for practical and delicious dinner ideas, you can't go past your local butcher. Inspired by the famous chicken ravioli, Theo tries a chicken mini roll for you to dish up at your next dinner party.

About Mount Barker Free Range Chickens

Theo's Chicken Ravioli

• Theo suggest serving chicken mini rolls in your favourite creamy pasta sauce.
• Start by cooking the chicken mini rolls, on a medium heat about 3 to 4 minutes per side then place in a moderate oven, about 175'C.
• At the same time, boil your pasta and get your cream sauce ready.
• By putting the chicken in the oven it will finish off the cooking and make sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through.
• Place your creamy pasta in the bowl first and then your chicken ravioli on top, this way as you start to cut up the chicken all the juices fall into the pasta and you end up with the dish bursting with flavours.
