Melissa visits the amazing garden of landscape designer John Van de Linde, where just six years ago his garden was a horse grazing paddock.

John found the block of land and being a landscape designer, he wanted to go things that you can?t normally do on such a large scale. Today it is four acres of stunning gardens showcasing perennial borders, lush shady forests and a formal parterre and kitchen garden.

John?s amazing garden, along with 30 other professionally designed gardens throughout Melbourne are open as part of the Garden DesignFest Charity Weekend on November 18 and 19^th. This is a rare opportunity to see gardens created by Australia?s top designers and all the money goes to charity.

Plus the designers will all be on site in their gardens to answer your questions. This spring it is set to be bigger than ever so don?t miss out!
