Our Itinerary…

Day 7 Thursday

Melissa heads right into the centre of Kuala Lumpur to experience the fantastic mix of old turn century colonial buildings and new sky scraping buildings that are all architecturally amazing.

Petronas Twin Towers along with several other prominent buildings have created a distinct skyline for the Malaysian capital and hold the crown for being the tallest twin towers in the world! They are definitely a great reason to visit Kuala Lumpur.

Some of us though were glad to get our feet back on solid ground after the heights of the towers, and just below them is the Kuala Lumpur City Centre Park.

The City Centre Park is 20 hectares beautiful peaceful gardens for visitors to escape. There are about 1900 indigenous trees and plants that have been planted to provide biodiversity for the park.

In the evening we were off to China town for an evening of exploring the excitement of more evening markets!
