Pohlmans nursery is the largest independently owned nursery in Queensland and one of the largest nursery complexes in the country.
Located at Gatton in the fertile Lockyer Valley region, Pohlmans Nursery comprises 150 acres, of which 40 is devoted to intensive plant production. Established in 1976 by John and Val Pohlman and operated by the first and second generation of the family, the company provides the area with employment for up to 185 people during the peak season.

Pohlmans Nursery is at the forefront of leading edge technology from around the world to ensure efficient production techniques. Through the company’s own research and development and through a partnering program with multi-national suppliers, Pohlmans produces consistently high-quality products.
