In conjunction with the South Australian Research and Development Institute, we’re undertaking a significant research program to demonstrate the benefits of compost in commercial horticulture, and to develop innovative new composts to improve soil structure and disease suppressiveness. In the meantime, a range of information is available on the benefits in yield, quality, growth, and soil physical, chemical and biological fertility which can be achieved with the appropriate use of compost.
