Lynnette is a single parent of 7 children, who is very passionate about gardening. Her wish is to own a waterwise garden with a great vegetable patch and fruit trees for her children and the neighbourhood children to eat their way through.

Garden Features

• The Hilton garden is huge, yet the space has not been properly utilized. It would have to be one of the biggest challenges The Garden Gurus landscape team have taken on.
• Even though Lynnette has an amazing collection of plants they are all planted in the wrong spot and there is a lot of junk in the backyard.
• The family have lived in Hilton for 12 years. With seven home births it?s more than just a house and it?s a very special place.
• Plants were sourced from cuttings, tube stock, and green waste collection over the years.
• Collections of donated plants include, Black Bamboo, Frangipanis, Cacti and Succulents. They all have sentimental value and remind her of somebody.
• The family have struggled for many years and a garden renovation would bring a lot of joy and pleasure to the home.
