Wee Jasper Spider Flower

  • This is a selected form of a local Canberra native Grevillea.
  • It is a fast growing plant which can tolerate cold conditions. It can grow in full sun or partly shaded areas.
  • The Jasper Spider Flower can grow to 2 meters in height.
  • This plant has bright lime green foliage which looks cool and crisp all year around, with nectar rich spider like cream and pink flowers that hang in clusters at the end of branches. These come into bloom from May until November.
  • Wee Jasper Spider flower is a hardy, rare and endangered shrub.
  • With an occasional prune, this plant can become a neat and tidy hedge; the pruning also helps to promote bushiness and better flowering for the following season.
