• Phillip's garden has the capacity to collect and store 210,000 ltr of water in a natural pool, billabong, two water tanks and an additional fire tank. Saving approximately 144,540 litres of mains water per year based on Victoria's Yarra Water recommendations.
• The rock used for retaining and sculpting on the site was from the local quarry.
• There are 8 solar panel installed to provide power to the landscape and residence.
• There are in excess of 95 species of native and indigenous plants used throughout the property.
