Coriander Facts
- Coriander originates from the highlands of China and Thailand where it's humid and cool and it needs cooler conditions or it bolts
- It's been used in southern Europe for thousands of years but always grown as an early spring or autumn crop
- If you want great results, you're best to look at a slow bolt form of coriander
- Renaissance Herbs in the mustard pots have a unique slow bolt form
- If planted in a nutrient rich organic soil it will grow lots of that essential foliage
- Growing it in a bowl means you can bring it inside in the kitchen where you'll use it the most
