Trev is harvesting some delicious seasonal staples like mint, coriander and one of his favourites, Chives!

• Chives are a member of the onion and garlic family, originating from Southeast Asia, they are an essential addition to many dishes.
• Onion and garlic chives are distinctively different but only in flavour, the growing technique remains the same.
• Chives love the bright, sunny position in a garden with free draining soil, plant them into raised garden beds where possible.
• They need regular feeding and replenishment, make sure to give the crop a boost before and after each take.
