Trevor and Simon show you where innovation meets nature, blending vibrant green spaces with modern living for a truly connected community.

  • The Channel 9 site in Artarmon, where Bruce Gyngell made TV history in 1956, has been reimagined into Nine by Mirvac. The site now features 6,500 sqm of green open space, blending the area's history with modern living.
  • Nine by Mirvac is located within a significant green corridor, connecting to bushland walks and natural landmarks. Residents can explore nearby Naremburn Falls, Henry Lawson Cave, and Flat Rock Gully, all the way to Middle Harbour.
  • Around 70% of the plantings at Nine by Mirvac are endemic species, typical of Sydney Sandstone Gully landscapes. These native plants not only create habitat for local fauna but also reinforce the site's natural sense of place.
  • The masterplan includes a variety of spaces designed for both openness and intimacy, such as Henderson Park and The Plaza. These spaces foster a sense of community and provide areas for relaxation, play, and social interaction.
  • The landscape incorporates water-sensitive urban design to capture and clean rainfall runoff before it enters the site. This design helps create cool microclimates while passively irrigating the gardens, ensuring sustainability year-round.
  • The landscape design uses natural materials like Sydney Sandstone to reflect the character of the surrounding gorges and escarpments. The materials are robust, low maintenance, and were even sourced directly from the site, connecting the development to its history.
  • The Parabol Playground incorporates repurposed elements of the original transmission tower, preserving the site's history. Additionally, Henderson Park honours legendary newsreader Brian Henderson, reinforcing Nine by Mirvac's connection to Australian TV history.
